Throughout her career, LeKishan has held leadership and operational roles spanning healthcare consulting, medical coding, claims processing, revenue cycle management, office administration, and payer auditing. She has served as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursement for healthcare organizations.

Her background includes extensive experience conducting pre-payment and post-payment audits, analyzing complex medical records, identifying billing and coding vulnerabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer programs. She has also worked extensively in risk adjustment, durable medical equipment (DME), behavioral health, substance abuse services, physician practices, and specialty healthcare organizations.
